Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor field operations and worker management activities.
• Lead and oversee the team responsible for worker communication and support.
• Maintain regular contact with workers and ensure their welfare and workplace
satisfaction.
• Collect, verify, and submit daily reports from worksites.
• Monitor and ensure workers' daily attendance and presence at assigned construction
sites.
• Coordinate worker requirements, complaints, and operational issues with management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, site supervisors, and workers.
• Ensure discipline, productivity, and compliance with company policies across all sites.
• To report to the management regular basis.
