Job Context:

Unicorn Properties Ltd. is seeking dynamic, result-driven, and energetic male professionals for the role of Executive - Business Development. The primary focus of this position is conducting extensive market visits to identify prospective buyers, gather real estate leads, and convert opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular market and field visits to build direct face-to-face rapport with potential clients.

• Proactively identify target demographics, collect high-quality leads, and build a reliable client database.

• Engage in cold calling, relationship networking, and on-field property marketing activities.

• Drive results diligently to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.

• Prepare and submit regular field activity reports, lead pipelines, and updates to the management.

• Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team on promotional strategies and events.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBA in Marketing or any relevant discipline) from a reputed university.

• 1–2 years of proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development. Candidates with experience in Real Estate, FMCG, Retail Marketing, Corporate Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications or other customer-facing sales and marketing roles are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Prior work experience or market knowledge in the Dhaka area will be considered an advantage.

• Candidates who own and can ride a motorcycle are highly encouraged to apply.
