The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, lead generation, and integrated marketing communications. This role is responsible for strengthening the company's market presence, generating qualified business leads through digital channels, and driving business growth through innovative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all online and offline platforms.
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Develop effective digital lead generation strategies to identify and acquire potential clients from the market.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with agencies for creative, design, and business development teams to produce impactful marketing campaigns.
Manage the company's website, social media platforms, and digital assets to maximize engagement and conversion.
Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
Build relationships with media partners, agencies, and strategic stakeholders.
Prepare and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign calendars.
Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
