Must possess an extensive pre-existing network of e-commerce merchants and corporate clients in Bangladesh.Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits and outdoor corporate meetings.Basic understanding of how payment gateway integrations, plug-ins (WooCommerce, Shopify), and APIs function.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Job Context:

We are looking for an aggressive, result-oriented Sales Executive to drive merchant acquisition for our payment gateway and fintech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will identify, pitch, and close deals with e-commerce platforms, retail chains, corporate houses, and SMEs across Bangladesh, accelerating EPS Ltd. scale its market footprint and transactional volume.

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify potential B2B clients, e-commerce merchants, and large-scale retailers to pitch EPS payment gateway integrations.

    • Arrange outdoor sales meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate pricing structures/transaction service charges (MDR) with prospective corporate clients.

    • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly merchant acquisition and transaction volume targets.

    • Conduct thorough market research to analyze competitor pricing, ongoing industry trends, and hidden market opportunities.

    • Maintain an active and transparent sales pipeline using CRM tools.

    • Ensure smooth handover of newly closed merchant accounts to the integration and compliance teams.
