Experience:
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or any other relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
Strong knowledge of office administration, documentation and records management.
Experience in procurement, inventory management and logistics coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Ability to prepare official correspondence, reports and meeting minutes.
Sound knowledge of corporate filing systems and document control procedures.
Strong interpersonal, coordination and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Honest, proactive, self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Candidates having experience in a reputed corporate organization or trade association will receive preference.

The Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) is inviting applications from qualified, experienced and self-motivated professionals for the position of Administrative Officer. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of office administration, procurement, logistics, documentation and general support services while maintaining effective coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
Maintain office records, official documents, filing systems and administrative databases.
Coordinate office maintenance, logistics, transport, security and housekeeping activities.
Handle procurement of office equipment, stationery and other administrative supplies in accordance with organizational policies.
Prepare official correspondence, letters, notices, reports and meeting minutes.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, training programs and other organizational events.
Monitor office assets and inventory and ensure proper utilization.
Assist management in implementing administrative policies and procedures.
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.
