• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Technical/Engineering

• M.Sc. in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Chemical Engineering from reputed university is highly preferable.

• Age At least 30 years

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.

• Sound knowledge of production operations, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and safety compliance.

• Experience in ink, coating, chemical, or related industries will be preferred.

Job Context

This is a liquid ink and coating manufacturing plant where we produce different grades of gravure and flexo graphic inks and coating for flexible packaging application.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and monitoring daily production activities.

• Coordinate manpower, machinery, and production schedules.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Monitor production KPIs and prepare management reports.

• Oversee laboratory testing and quality control processes.

• Prepare monthly production reports and cost estimates.

• Troubleshoot production issues and support customer requirements.

• Manage procurement and inventory for uninterrupted operations.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to achieve production targets.

• Support workforce supervision and operational efficiency.

• Handling & operation the lab testing equipment.

• Preparing monthly production statement.

• Attending customer's factory for trouble shooting.
