• The applicants should have experience in the Chemical Industries.

• At least 4/5 years experiences in any manufacturing plant.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production/ Operation Management/Sales, Trouble Shooting, Safety Management & Compliance.

• Experience based on chemical-coating industry will be preferable.

• Operate and manage large volume of solvent based colour coating products.

• Visiting customer places to discuss about the trouble shooting & further business development.

• Test the quality of the organic polymers, pigments, additives and solvents in a modern equipped laboratory.

• Production planning and proper execution to obtain optimal utilization of resources and quality.

• Ensure necessary training and demonstration among workers about the properties of chemical, their harms, precautions, safety data sheet and other issues related to law and customer's requirement.

• Control & monitor chemical storing management with proper pictograms, compatibility charts etc. in store, sub-store & production floor.

• This is an ISO 9001: 2015 certified company, the candidate who has knowledge/experience on QMS will be considered as extra qualification.

• Maintain necessary records, data and evidences as reference with full sincerity.

• Posting necessary papers-technical data sheet, safety data sheets, safety instructions, signs and warnings at floors/ work station/ store areas and check time to time to update.

• Take necessary survey from time to time to keep the floor update for any kind of audit/ assessment and keep records for next action.

• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems. The candidate apply for the post of production officer, they have to know the operation of color Spectrophotometer (X rite), Xion tester, QUV, Digital particle size analyzer, COF-Tester, RUB Tester, Tensile strength tester, Softening point tester etc.

• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination with other departments and must be well behaved with the seniors, colleagues and subordinate i.e., well-mannered person with coordinating tendency.

• Perform other assignments as assign by the superior(s).
