  • At least 5+ years of experience in managerial role in Security Management, law enforcement or any Ex-Defense officers, with a strong understanding of security principles and practices will get preference.

  • In-depth knowledge of security technologies, incident management software and other security-related equipment, such as access control systems and CCTV surveillance.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures and programs.

  • Proficiency in security assessments, audits and investigations at a large scale.

  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse security team.

  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying and mitigating security risks.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity. Physical fitness and the ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Developing and implementing robust security strategies and policies to protect the company’s assets, employees and facilities.

  • Assessing potential risks and vulnerabilities, investigating security breaches and reinforcing appropriate measures to mitigate them.

  • Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.

  • Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs.

  • Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies.

  • Create reports for management on security status.

  • Prepare various register, report, duty roster and training program as monthly basis.

  • Develop and implement various administrative plan management policies and procedures.

  • Find out and Update safety and security lapses, train up security team as per company standard.

  • Review and implement of the CAP for security, C-TPAT and others audit.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Leading and managing a team of security personnel, including hiring, training and performance management.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of security requirements into business processes and projects.

  • Conducting regular security assessments, audits and inspections to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

  • Maintaining and updating emergency response plans, ensuring all employees know their roles and responsibilities.

  • Fostering a culture of security awareness and training employees on security protocols and procedures.

  • Develop and implement extensive security plans, policies and procedures to protect personnel, assets and information.

  • Lead, train and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.

  • Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment and other security technologies to ensure proper functioning and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as human resources and IT, to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.

  • Investigate security breaches, incidents and violations, document findings and implement corrective actions.

  • Educate employees on security awareness, policies and procedures through training programs and communication initiatives.

  • Stay informed about the latest security technologies, trends and regulatory requirements and make recommendations for enhancements to the security program.
