Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration/ Management/Public Administration or a related discipline from a reputed university.
12–15 years of relevant experience in Administration, Employee Relations, Regional Operations or Multi-Unit Business Management.
Experience in land, property, legal liaison and government stakeholder management is a must.
Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, compliance, security and administrative governance.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Feed Mill, Poultry Farm, Hatchery, Agro-based Industry, Manufacturing or Large-Scale Production Operations.
Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and work effectively under pressure.
We are looking for an AGM/DGM – Administration to oversee administration, employee relations, compliance and business support activities across the assigned region, ensuring smooth operations of all business units.
This position is based in outside Dhaka. Candidates willing to work outside Dhaka are encouraged to apply.
Ensure smooth coordination between Regional Office, Production Units, and Head Office for uninterrupted business operations.
Oversee security, safety, property management, rented premises, and asset protection of all units under the assigned region.
Coordinate legal, land, and regulatory matters with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
Maintain effective relationships with local government agencies, regulatory bodies, and community representatives.
Monitor administrative budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Support audits and implementation of compliance and governance initiatives.
Lead and drive business expansion initiatives, including new project implementation, unit establishment, infrastructure development, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and successful execution.
Ensure land-related disputes are properly managed and resolved in consultation with top management.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and administrative governance across all units.
Lead and manage overall administrative, employee relations, and compliance activities of the assigned region.
Supervise Regional Administration teams and ensure workforce discipline, effective administration, and service delivery.
Implement and monitor company policies, SOPs, labor law compliance, and management directives across all regional units.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations in coordination with HR.
