Experience:
A Master’s degree from any recognized and reputed universities in Bangladesh, preferably with a major in HR and professional qualification/training in HR.
At least 5 years progressive full-time employment in a similar position sector with at least 2 years in an HR supervisory/management position.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, AI etc.) and experience in handling of web based management systems.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English and Bangla)

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for regular and part time staff, consultants (job postings, screening, interviews, and reference checks)
Maintain up-to-date, organize, and update personnel files highly confidential physical and digital, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping
Prepare interview evaluation sheets and maintain recruitment documentation.
Handle employee disciplinary matters in accordance with organizational policies.
Manage Staff Information Bureau (SIB) processes and documentation.
Operate and maintain HRIS software for employee data management.
Prepare HR-related reports and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Facilitate the annual performance appraisal process, providing guidance to line managers on constructive feedback and professional development plans..
