Education:
    • Masters
  • A Master’s degree from any recognized and reputed universities in Bangladesh, preferably with a major in HR and professional qualification/training in HR.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • At least 5 years progressive full-time employment in a similar position sector with at least 2 years in an HR supervisory/management position.

  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems.

  • Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, AI etc.) and experience in handling of web based management systems.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English and Bangla)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for regular and part time staff, consultants (job postings, screening, interviews, and reference checks)

  • Maintain up-to-date, organize, and update personnel files highly confidential physical and digital, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping

  • Prepare interview evaluation sheets and maintain recruitment documentation.

  • Handle employee disciplinary matters in accordance with organizational policies.

  • Manage Staff Information Bureau (SIB) processes and documentation.

  • Operate and maintain HRIS software for employee data management.

  • Prepare HR-related reports and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Facilitate the annual performance appraisal process, providing guidance to line managers on constructive feedback and professional development plans..
