Responsibilities & Context:

Ventura Leatherware Mfy. (BD) Ltd is seeking a dedicated professional for the position of Supervisor – Administration (Housekeeping). The role focuses on planning, supervising, and executing housekeeping activities to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workplace. Key responsibilities include managing housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness standards, overseeing consumables and inventory, and maintaining compliance with company guidelines. The position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to sustaining high operational and hygiene standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor housekeeping and hospitality staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality across office & factory, canteen, guest areas, guest/staff accommodation, and other designated zones.

  • Provide training, guidance to the workers, and constructive feedback to achieve expected performance and maintain service excellence.

  • Manage and control inventory of cleaning supplies, hospitality materials, uniforms, and equipment; ensure proper usage and timely requisition.

  • Coordinate and oversee hospitality arrangements for official meetings, events, guest visits, and customer delegations.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports on duty schedules, inspections, attendance, and related activities.

  • Monitor compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards across all areas under responsibility.

  • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance service standards, staff efficiency, and overall guest satisfaction.

  • Act as a point of contact for addressing guest needs, feedback, and service-related concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Support administrative functions related to housekeeping and hospitality as assigned by management.
