We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, HR. The incumbent will play a key role in recruitment, talent management, employee development, performance management, and the implementation of HR policies and initiatives to support organizational growth.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Coordinate manpower planning and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment databases, talent pipelines, and job portal postings.
Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
Assist in talent management and succession planning activities.
Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and counseling.
Prepare HR reports, analytics, and other management reports as required.
Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by management.
