Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, HR. The incumbent will play a key role in recruitment, talent management, employee development, performance management, and the implementation of HR policies and initiatives to support organizational growth.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Coordinate manpower planning and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.

  • Maintain recruitment databases, talent pipelines, and job portal postings.

  • Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

  • Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.

  • Assist in talent management and succession planning activities.

  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and counseling.

  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and other management reports as required.

  • Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by management.
