Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Supply Chain Management to lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain functions for our Real Estate and other business units. The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring efficient procurement, inventory control, logistics management, vendor development, and cost optimization while supporting the organization's business growth and project execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirements.

  • Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities.

  • Ensure timely sourcing and availability of construction materials, equipment, and services.

  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

  • Lead contract negotiations to achieve cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery.

  • Monitor supply chain performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Drive process automation, digitalization, and ERP-based supply chain solutions.

    Collaborate with Engineering, Projects, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
