Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline from any reputed university.
Candidates having a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management (HRM) will be given preference.
Professional certifications in HR, Compliance, Labour Law, Payroll Management, or related fields will be considered an added advantage.

Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for workers and staff.
Coordinate manpower requisition, job posting, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and induction programs.
Maintain recruitment databases and talent pipelines.
Maintain and update employee personal files, HRIS databases, and all employee-related documentation.
Prepare and issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, promotion letters, transfer letters, warning notices, and other HR-related documents.
Manage employee ID card issuance and biometric attendance systems.
Ensure proper maintenance of employee records for audit and compliance purposes.
Monitor attendance, leave management, overtime records, and workforce movement.
Prepare monthly payroll inputs, salary sheets, pay slips, and employee benefit records.
Coordinate festival bonuses, final settlements, and other compensation-related activities.
Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
Assist in disciplinary procedures, investigations, and corrective actions in accordance with company policies and labour laws.
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, factory regulations, and buyer compliance requirements.
Support internal and external audits related to HR, social compliance, and certifications.
Maintain statutory registers and documentation required by regulatory authorities.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for workers, staff, and supervisors.
Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
Prepare reports and documentation related to training and development initiatives.
Prepare periodic HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management.
Analyze employee data and provide insights to support HR decision-making.
Utilize technology and AI-driven tools to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
Support factory administration activities as assigned by management.
Coordinate employee communication, meetings, and official HR events.
Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
