Formulate and implement a robust KPI framework across all departments aligned with business targets.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels and building qualified talent pipelines within manpower budgets.
Lead the end-to-end evaluation, implementation, and migration to a new, advanced HR Management System (HRMS).
Supervise daily HRMS operations and maintain meticulous, up-to-date physical and digital employee records.
Develop, standardize, and update HR policies and SOPs across the Head Office and Factory, ensuring effective communication organization-wide.
Lead and cultivate a professional corporate culture, embedding core values into daily operations.
Identify organizational needs through Training Need Assessments (TNA), develop annual training calendars, and monitor leadership development initiatives.
Oversee high-level protocol management for foreign delegates, visitors, and senior management, and coordinate corporate travel and events.
