Responsibilities & Context:
Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for Bangladesh operations.
Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability targets.
Oversee all functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Compliance.
Build and lead a high-performing leadership team and foster a strong performance-driven culture.
Represent the organization with joint venture partners, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.
Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and present business performance reports to the Board and joint venture partners.
