Responsibilities & Context:

Databrandix is looking for a proactive and reliable HR Executive who can take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle—from hiring the right people to ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. This role requires someone who can maintain organized systems, coordinate effectively with different teams, and handle administrative responsibilities with discipline and accuracy. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, and capable of keeping everything running efficiently while maintaining a high-performance work environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination, hiring follow-up)

  • Maintain and update HR CRM/database (candidate & employee tracking)

  • Process basic payroll (salary, incentive/commission support) and prepare simple reports

  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and monthly summaries

  • Support KPI tracking and coordinate with team leads on performance follow-up

  • Handle onboarding and employee documentation (offer letter, contracts, records)

  • Execute company-assigned administrative and coordination tasks

  • Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth communication and execution

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA in HR preferred)

  • 1–3 years experience in HR or recruitment

  • Basic understanding of CRM and payroll processes

  • Good communication skills (English & Bangla)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets 

  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
