Responsibilities & Context:
Smooth control on all HR & Administrative works related to factory.
Checking of all admin & HR related activities in the factory regularly and control of over & under stuffing.
Ensuring employment of capable, adequate and efficient manpower.
Ensure payroll of the factory staffs (Sr. GM to all).
Keeping eyes open for ensuring better working environment in the factory.
Liaison with government & non-government offices for ensuring smooth operation and functioning of the factory.
Designing, implementing and reviewing training programs to meet specific department needs. Working closely with various departments/units in a coordinating role, assisting Departmental Head’s to understand and implementing related policies and procedures.
Ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments. Checking & recommending (As applicable) bills for payment accurately and timely.
Utilize your knowledge in improvement tools, Lean and Six Sigma, 7S, etc.
Ensuring proper arrangement of accommodation, food and other amenity and logistic support for the local &foreign guests.
Ensuring unhindered work flow in the factory.
Taking care of company vehicles related issues.
Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
Officer`s Bachelor accomodation is free.
