Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer, Asst. Manager, Deputy Manager – Compliance to ensure full regulatory, legal, and buyer compliance within the organization. The role will be responsible for maintaining compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, international codes of conduct, and all applicable industry standards in a garment/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act & Labour Rules

• Maintain adherence to buyer codes of conduct (BSCI, Sedex, ISO-28000, ISO-14001, HIGG-FSLM, FEM, GOTS, GRS, RCS, STEP, etc.)

• Conduct regular internal compliance audits and risk assessments

• Prepare and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)

• Coordinate and support all external audits and inspections

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards

• Maintain all statutory and compliance documentation and records

• Investigate non-compliance issues, grievances, and incidents, and ensure corrective actions

• Conduct training sessions on compliance, ethics, and workplace safety

• Work closely with HR, Production, and Management to ensure smooth compliance implementation

• Prepare compliance reports and submit to management and buyers as required
