Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the Biological Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) plants' smooth operation, monitoring, and mechanical maintenance.
Implement a strategic plan to reduce treatment costs.
Ensure proper automation system through VLC.
Ensure compliance with and adherence to environmental norms for treating wastewater and sludge, maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards.
Ensure Laboratory Testing and record keeping by following the schedule.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of pumps, blowers, clarifiers, dosing systems, tanks, diffusers, and other ETP equipment.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for repair work.
Ensure the ETP equipment requisition is on time on the ERP software.
Ensure timely availability of chemicals and lab instruments by coordinating with procurement.
Lead team, prepare various reports, and handle regulatory audits.
