Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Performance Goals & KPIs

    • Define performance goals and KPIs in partnership with business heads.

    • Develop KPI libraries, goal templates, and performance rating guidelines.

  2. Strategic Alignment

    • Lead alignment of individual goals with business strategy across all levels.

    • Partner with L&D to link performance gaps to development plans.

  3. Performance Cycles & Expectations

    • Design and manage performance cycles and expectations (mid-year, annual, probation).

    • Facilitate calibration sessions and forced distribution discussions.

  4. Continuous Improvement

    • Drive continuous improvement of PMS based on data and feedback.

    • Act as strategic advisor to business heads on performance matters.
