Experience:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Social Welfare, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Additional certification or training in Labour Law, Industrial Relations, Training & Development, or Compliance will be considered an advantage.
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Industrial Relations in a reputed RMG factory.
At least 4–6 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in HR, L&D, or IR department.
Additional Requirements
Strong experience in training program development, worker engagement, and supervisory skill development.
Practical experience in handling worker grievances, disciplinary procedures, and labour dispute management.
Good understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 (Amended) and Labour Rules 2015.
Experience in handling buyer compliance audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, RSC, BetterWorks or other international standards)
Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training and development strategies for employees in line with company goals and compliance requirements.
Identify training needs (TNA) for workers, staff, and management through performance reviews and operational requirements.
Prepare and execute annual training plans and training calendars.
Conduct training programs on worker rights, labour law, workplace ethics, safety, harassment prevention, and productivity improvement.
Arrange supervisory and leadership development training for line supervisors, executives, and mid-level management.
Maintain proper training records, reports, and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
Coordinate with buyers, compliance teams, and external trainers for specialized training programs.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and evaluate employee performance improvement.
Maintain harmonious industrial relations between management and workers.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 (Amended) and labour rules.
Handle worker grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy and labour law.
Manage collective discussions, worker counseling, and dispute resolution.
Monitor worker satisfaction and workplace environment to prevent labour unrest.
Lead investigations related to misconduct, disputes, or workplace incidents.
Support management during compliance audits, buyer visits, and government inspections.
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations and workplace discipline.
Work closely with HR, Compliance, and Production departments to ensure smooth factory operations.
Prepare monthly reports on training activities, IR issues, and employee engagement.
Guide and supervise the Welfare, Training, and IR team members.
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by top management.
