Responsibilities & Context:

Bagan Group, now known as Flixza Group, is looking for a dedicated and responsible HR & Admin Officer to manage overall human resources and administrative activities across the organization. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining discipline, ensuring smooth office operations, and implementing HR policies effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management

  • Prepare appointment letters, contracts, notices, and HR documents

  • Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Law and company policies

  • Handle employee relations, discipline, and grievance management

  • Monitor daily office operations and administrative activities

  • Manage office assets, equipment, and maintenance

  • Supervise support staff and ensure workplace discipline

  • Coordinate with management for HR planning and decision-making

  • Prepare monthly HR and administrative reports

  • Ensure proper documentation and filing system

  • Support performance evaluation and employee development processes

  • Maintain the confidentiality of company information
