• Kebab experience will be an advantage

City Kebab & Cafe is looking for a skilled and dedicated Assistant Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine (main priority) and Kebab (optional). The candidate will assist in kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and support smooth food preparation.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the head chef in preparing Chinese dishes

• Support kebab preparation (if experienced)

• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation

• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Manage ingredients and stock properly

• Follow recipes and company food standards

• Work as part of the kitchen team to ensure timely service
