Experience:
Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent. National Certificate Course (NCC) or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the respective section within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
Skills:
Ability to prepare mise-en-place and follow standard recipes.
Good understanding of hygiene and safety practices in the kitchen.
Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours.
Appearance & Personality: Must have a professional appearance, be well-groomed, and maintain a disciplined, positive, and calm personality suitable for a high-pressure kitchen environment.
