• Age At least 23 years

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Room Attendant in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.(Freshers with relevant training may also apply).

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and fabric care.

• Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.

• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.

• Appearance & Personality: Must be well-groomed, professional, and maintain a positive, disciplined attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, dry, press, and fold guest and hotel linen according to fabric type and standard laundry procedures.

• Inspect all laundry items for stains, damage, or special handling requirements before and after processing.

• Operate laundry equipment such as washing machines, dryers, and ironing/pressing machines safely and efficiently.

• Ensure timely delivery of guest laundry and hotel uniforms while maintaining quality and service standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laundry area, equipment, and workstations in accordance with safety guidelines.

• Handle guest items with care and confidentiality while following all chemical handling and workplace safety procedures.
