Modern Skill Development Center is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for the position of Part-Time Housekeeping Trainer under competency-based skills training programs aligned with the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical training according to relevant NSDA Competency Standards and CBTA methodology.

• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, practical demonstrations, practical exercises, and assessment tools.

• Train participants in room cleaning, bed making, bathroom sanitation, public-area cleaning, laundry operations, linen management, and waste management.

• Ensure compliance with OHS, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

• Conduct formative and summative assessments according to NSDA assessment guidelines.

• Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and competency achievement.

• Maintain attendance registers, assessment records, logbooks, and training reports.

• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inventory of housekeeping equipment and training materials.

• Support internal and external monitoring, quality assurance, audits, and NSDA compliance activities.

• Provide guidance on workplace ethics, customer service, communication, teamwork, employability skills, and career development.

• Coordinate with the Training Manager for effective delivery of training programs.
