Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred.Previous experience in flat, house, hotel, guest house, or property management will be an advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Must be honest, responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.Ability to manage household staff and service providers.Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and well-organized individual for the position of Flat Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of a residential Building.

1. Supervise the overall cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of the flat.

2. Coordinate with household staff, cleaners, drivers, technicians, and other service providers.

3. Monitor electricity, water, gas, internet, and other utility services.

4. Ensure timely payment of utility and other household bills.

5. Maintain proper records of expenses, purchases, repairs, and maintenance.

6. Arrange and supervise repair and maintenance work when required.

7. Purchase household necessities and maintain proper accounts.

8. Ensure the security and proper care of the flat and its belongings.

9. Receive and assist guests/visitors when required.

10. Monitor inventory of household items and report shortages or damages.

11. Maintain confidentiality regarding the family, residence, and household matters.

12. Perform any other duties assigned by Owners.
