  • Ability to train and guide housekeeping staff effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.

  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment usage, and safety protocols.

  • Team player with good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

  • Appearance & Personality: Must be well-groomed, professional, and maintain a positive, disciplined attitude.



Responsibilities & Context:

Grand Sultan Tea Resort & Golf, a leading five-star luxury resort in Bangladesh, invites applications from dynamic and service-oriented professionals to join our Housekeeping & Laundry Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house cleanliness, ensuring 5-star standards are consistently maintained.

  • Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to ensure quality, hygiene, grooming, and presentation standards are met, taking corrective actions when necessary.

  • Guide, train, and support housekeeping staff in cleaning procedures, chemical usage, safety protocols, and service standards.

  • Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure timely room readiness, maintenance, and guest requirements are fulfilled.

  • Monitor inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing wastage.

  • Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping efficiently while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
