• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agrotechnology, Agriculture, Horticulture

• Must be physically fit and willing to travel extensively across Bangladesh.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to work in field environments and rural areas.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, prior experience in agricultural extension, field marketing, or agro-based work will be an added advantage.

We are currently looking for two dedicated professionals to join our Agro Extension Team. The selected candidates will work in the field across various locations in Bangladesh, supporting farmers, gardeners, and agro-entrepreneurs with technical knowledge, product guidance, and on-site assistance.

This is a field-intensive role requiring nationwide travel as per company demand.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit assigned field locations across Bangladesh to provide technical support and guidance to farmers, gardeners, and customers.

• Demonstrate and promote the correct use of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and other agricultural products.

• Assist in collecting market and field data to improve products and services.

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for farmers and target customers.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals.

• Prepare regular reports on field visits, customer feedback, and market conditions.

• Represent eBagan professionally in all field activities.

• Must be willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh as per the requirement.
