Responsibilities & Context:
Identify, develop, and manage local and international sourcing channels for raw jute and jute diversified products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, exporters, buyers, and industry stakeholders.
Lead export marketing and business development initiatives in international markets.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, quality standards, certifications, and documentation requirements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with suppliers and customers.
Monitor market trends, product innovations, and competitor activities in the jute sector.
Develop sourcing strategies to ensure cost efficiency, product quality, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with production, logistics, quality control, and commercial departments.
Prepare business plans, market reports, sales forecasts, and management presentations.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, buyer meetings, and industry events.
