Experience:

• 8 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Farming, Animal/Plant Breeding, Dairy

• Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, DVM, Livestock Management, or a related field

• 8 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Farming, Animal/Plant Breeding, Dairy

• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

• Good communication skills (Both English & Bengali)

• Adaptability and innovation

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving.

• Develop and implement dairy production programs to improve milk yield and quality.

• Design feeding, nutrition, and breeding programs to enhance herd productivity and genetics.

• Manage cattle fattening operations, including feeding plans, growth monitoring, and performance evaluation.

• Ensure compliance with animal welfare, biosecurity, and regulatory requirements.

• Analyze operational performance, productivity, and profitability of livestock projects.

• Conduct research, field trials, and feasibility studies to support business growth.

• Prepare technical reports, performance analyses, and management recommendations.

• Supervise farm staff and ensure effective workforce management.

• Develop SOPs, conduct technical training, and build organizational capabilities.

• Prepare budgets, control operational costs, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
