Responsibilities & Context:
Develop new poultry products and ensure proper management of existing product portfolios.
* Prepare short-term and long-term sales forecasts and marketing plans for assigned products.
* Develop and prepare product manuals, technical documents, and training modules.
* Design and implement effective promotional plans and marketing strategies.
* Conduct training programs on new and existing products for field forces.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth.
* Maintain communication with foreign suppliers and stakeholders regarding product-related matters.
