Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Fisheries, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline

  • MBA will be considered an added advantage

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 42 years
  • Strong knowledge of poultry, fish, cattle, and livestock feed markets

  • Distributor and channel management expertise

  • Sales forecasting and business planning

  • Market development and territory management

  • Credit control and collection management



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for poultry feed, fish feed, cattle feed, and other feed products

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives

  • Increase market share and strengthen brand presence within the assigned territory

  • Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners

  • Ensure distributor profitability and sustainable business growth

  • Monitor distributor inventory levels and stock movement

  • Build strong relationships with commercial farms, breeders, layer farms, broiler farms, fish farmers, dairy farms, and large feed consumers

  • Conduct customer visits and provide technical and commercial support

  • Lead, coach, and motivate Area Sales Managers and field sales teams

  • Conduct regular field visits and market audits

  • Identify training needs and arrange capability development programs

  • Ensure effective manpower utilization within the region

  • Collect and analyze market information regarding competitors, pricing, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities

  • Prepare sales forecasts and regional business plans

  • Submit timely sales reports, market feedback, and business performance analyses

  • Monitor customer credit exposure and outstanding receivables

  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy
