Responsibilities & Context:

• Design, implement, and manage commercial hydroponic farming systems.

• Optimize crop yield, quality, and resource utilization through modern cultivation techniques.

• Diagnose and resolve plant health, pest, disease, and nutrient-related issues.

• Conduct trials and introduce innovative farming practices to improve productivity.

• Train farm personnel on hydroponic operations and best practices.

• Conduct soil testing and analysis to assess fertility and soil health.

• Develop soil fertility, nutrient management, and sustainable land-use plans.

• Recommend fertilizers, organic amendments, and crop management strategies.

• Provide technical guidance on crop selection, rotation, and nutrient management.

• Analyze operational performance, productivity, and profitability of agricultural and livestock projects.

• Conduct research, field trials, and feasibility studies to support business growth.

• Prepare technical reports, performance analyses, and management recommendations.

• Supervise farm staff and ensure effective workforce management.

• Develop SOPs, conduct technical training, and build organizational capabilities.
