Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Inventory/Warehouse, Supply Chain, Farming

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)

Training in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain management will be an advantage.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Inventory/Warehouse, Supply Chain, Farming

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory software;

• Good documentation, reporting, and coordination skills;

• Ability to work in a factory or processing plant environment;

• Minimum 1 year of experience in store or inventory management;

• Experience in agro processing or seed industry will be preferable;

• Receive, store, and issue different categories of seeds (foundation, certified, hybrid, etc.);

• Maintain proper seed batch, lot number, and variety-wise inventory records;

• Ensure appropriate temperature, humidity, and storage conditions to maintain seed viability;

• Follow FIFO / LIFO methods strictly for seed storage and issuing;

• Monitor seed shelf life, germination validity, and expiry status;

• Maintain accurate stock records using registers and inventory software;

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system stock;

• Coordinate with Production, Seed Processing, Quality Control, and Delivery departments;

• Support internal and external audits related to seed inventory and documentation;

• Ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory guidelines related to seed storage;
