Responsibilities & Context:
Visit fish farms and hatcheries to assess production performance and health conditions.
Provide technical support and recommendations on farm management, disease prevention, and treatment.
Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
Conduct regular follow-up on sales, collections, and customer support activities.
Identify new business opportunities and develop potential markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
