Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 40 years
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Marine Science, Zoology, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in aquaculture field operations, technical services, or sales (for Officer).
3–5 years of experience in a similar role (for Senior Officer).
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively to field and farm locations.
Must possess a valid driving license.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description / Responsibility
Supervise and evaluate operational activities at fish farms and hatcheries, ensuring optimal management practices and productivity.
Identify, diagnose, and address fish health issues; provide practical and technical solutions to improve farm performance.
Advise farm owners and partners on best practices for fish care, water quality management, nutrition, and disease prevention/treatment.
Plan, execute, and achieve company sales targets in alignment with business objectives.
Explore, identify, and develop new market opportunities for product promotion and business growth.
Monitor daily sales activities and regularly report performance updates to the respective authority.
Conduct periodic market analysis to assess trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity, and share insights with management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders to enhance brand presence and customer satisfaction.
Support promotional programs, field demonstrations, and technical seminars to strengthen product awareness.
