Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks effectively.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for optimum performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Develop effective sales strategies and marketing plans for aqua products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned zone.
Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales.
Ensure timely payment collection and maintain financial discipline.
Hands on Training on product knowledge, Customer care and sales skills.
