Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed.

  • Support offboarding activities, including exit interviews and the return of company property.

  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees.

  • Handle routine employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring HR practices align with relevant labor laws and regulations.

  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws that may impact HR operations.

  • Assist in maintaining HR documentation, including employee policies.

  • Coordinate HR-related events and initiatives.

  • Communicate relevant HR information to employees through various channels.

  • Contribute to the development of training materials for employees.
