Responsibilities & Context: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
Support offboarding activities, including exit interviews and the return of company property.
Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Address payroll-related inquiries from employees.
Handle routine employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Support compliance efforts by ensuring HR practices align with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws that may impact HR operations.
Assist in maintaining HR documentation, including employee policies.
Coordinate HR-related events and initiatives.
Communicate relevant HR information to employees through various channels.
Contribute to the development of training materials for employees.
