Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Maintain and supervise all welfare activities including counseling, motivation, floor visits, problem-solving and health & hygiene.

  2. Coordinate with the HR Development team regarding routine work and ensure follow-up on all activities.

  3. Monitor and manage welfare facilities such as washrooms, canteen, childcare center, drinking water, restrooms and maintain proper registers.

  4. Assist workers with leave applications and ensure accurate maintenance of leave records.

  5. Maintain and update workers' personal files with all necessary documents.

  6. Maintain timely communication with all employees via telephone/mobile phone.

  7. Arrange and conduct employee training and awareness programs and maintain training registers.

  8. Promote positive worker-management relationships and effective communication.

  9. Ensure a safe, healthy and hygienic working environment in the factory.

  10. Ensure proper operation of the childcare center and supervise baby-care personnel.

  11. Provide guidance and support to workers in accessing medical services, canteen facilities and other welfare support.

  12. Ensure implementation of all welfare activities in compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act, 2006 and Labor Rules, 2015.

  13. Handle grievances, disciplinary issues and employee relations matters in accordance with labor laws and company policies.

  14. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
