Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Welfare, Sociology, or any relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Diploma or training in Industrial Relations / Labour Law / Compliance will be considered an advantage.
Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 (Amended) and RMG compliance standards.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Welfare / HR / Compliance department in a reputed RMG factory.
Additional Requirements
Good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Basic computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication.
Strong interpersonal skills to handle worker grievances and counseling effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure proper implementation of worker welfare policies in accordance with company policy and Bangladesh Labour Law.
Maintain communication between management and workers to ensure a healthy working environment.
Handle workers’ complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues and take necessary steps for resolution.
Ensure proper functioning of Suggestion Box system and follow up on worker feedback.
Monitor canteen, drinking water, sanitation, and hygiene facilities for workers.
Supervise day-care center, medical center, and welfare facilities according to compliance requirements.
Assist in maintaining compliance standards (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, BetterWorks, buyer requirements) regarding worker welfare.
Support HR department in awareness training programs such as worker rights, harassment prevention, safety, and health.
Coordinate with medical staff regarding workers’ health issues and maintain related records.
Assist in organizing cultural programs, worker engagement activities, and awareness campaigns.
Maintain proper documentation related to worker welfare, complaints, counseling, and committee meetings.
Visit production floors regularly to monitor worker conditions and identify welfare issues.
Assist management during compliance audits and buyer visits regarding welfare-related matters.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
