Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Science, or any relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Additional training or certification in Labour Law, HR Management, or Industrial Relations is preferred.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR operations, HRBP, or Industrial Relations in a reputed RMG factory.
Additional Requirements
Practical experience in managing workforce, employee relations, attendance & leave management, and performance support.
Exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 (Amended) and Labour Rules.
Experience in floor-level HR operations and compliance support is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).

Job Responsibilities:
Act as an HR Business Partner for assigned departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives.
Coordinate with production, planning, and other departments regarding manpower requirements and HR-related matters.
Monitor and support employee attendance, leave management, and shift management in assigned sections.
Assist in recruitment and selection processes for workers and staff based on departmental requirements.
Maintain regular communication with line managers and supervisors to address workforce issues.
Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, company rules, and code of conduct in assigned departments.
Support performance management activities including employee evaluation and feedback processes.
Monitor employee engagement and workplace environment to improve productivity and morale.
Maintain HR documentation related to employee records, warning letters, and disciplinary actions.
Assist in implementing training and development programs for employees.
Support the industrial relations (IR) team in maintaining harmonious relations between workers and management.
Assist in preparing HR reports related to manpower, absenteeism, turnover, and performance.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and buyer compliance requirements.
Conduct regular floor visits to observe workforce conditions and address HR issues promptly.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by Head of HR.
