Role Overview

The Admin Manager will lead and oversee all administrative functions of PalmPay Bangladesh, ensuring smooth daily operations, cost efficiency, and a well-managed workplace environment.

This role is responsible for end-to-end administration, including office management, vendor management, facilities, procurement coordination, employee services, and dormitory management.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Operations Management

  • Lead and manage all administrative operations across offices and business units in Bangladesh.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including facilities, utilities, and office services.

  • Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and process improvements.

Vendor & Procurement Management

  • Oversee vendor sourcing, onboarding, negotiation, and performance management.

  • Manage contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and vendor compliance.

  • Ensure cost-effective procurement of office supplies and services.

Facilities & Office Management

  • Manage office infrastructure, maintenance, security, transportation, and logistics.

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

  • Coordinate office expansion, relocation, and renovation projects.

Dormitory & Employee Support Management

  • Oversee dormitory operations including accommodation, maintenance, and vendor coordination.

  • Ensure proper living standards and safety compliance.

  • Support employee welfare and administrative services.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare and manage the admin budget.

  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and manage the admin team with clear KPIs and performance expectations.

  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.


Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in administration or facilities management.

  • At least 2–3 years in a leadership role.

  • Experience in fintech, telecom, or multinational environments is preferred.
