The Admin Manager will lead and oversee all administrative functions of PalmPay Bangladesh, ensuring smooth daily operations, cost efficiency, and a well-managed workplace environment.
This role is responsible for end-to-end administration, including office management, vendor management, facilities, procurement coordination, employee services, and dormitory management.
Lead and manage all administrative operations across offices and business units in Bangladesh.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including facilities, utilities, and office services.
Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
Oversee vendor sourcing, onboarding, negotiation, and performance management.
Manage contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and vendor compliance.
Ensure cost-effective procurement of office supplies and services.
Manage office infrastructure, maintenance, security, transportation, and logistics.
Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
Coordinate office expansion, relocation, and renovation projects.
Oversee dormitory operations including accommodation, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Ensure proper living standards and safety compliance.
Support employee welfare and administrative services.
Prepare and manage the admin budget.
Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
Identify cost-saving opportunities.
Lead and manage the admin team with clear KPIs and performance expectations.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Master’s degree is an added advantage.
7–10 years of experience in administration or facilities management.
At least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in fintech, telecom, or multinational environments is preferred.
