Experience:
Additional HR-related professional certifications will get preference.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process for workers and staff as per organizational requirements.
Prepare monthly payroll, salary sheets, overtime calculation, bonus, and other compensation-related documentation accurately and timely.
Maintain daily attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and manpower database through HRIS/ERP software.
Ensure smooth operation of payroll and attendance management software.
Handle employee joining, confirmation, transfer, resignation, termination, and final settlement processes.
Maintain all disciplinary procedures in compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company policy.
Ensure sound implementation of the latest Bangladesh Labor Act, Labor Rules, and related compliance requirements.
Coordinate factory/office compliance matters, audits, documentation, and corrective actions.
Arrange training sessions, awareness programs, meetings, and communication sessions for workers and employees.
Maintain employee personal files, HR records, and statutory registers.
Support administrative activities and any other HR-related assignments assigned by management.
