An ideal candidate should have Graduation or Master degree from any recognized university preferably from Science or Commerce Background.
Degree on Industrial Engineering / Footwear Technology will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
The applicants should have 03-05 (Three - Five) years working experience in the Footwear industry.
Experience in pattern making, sample development, and industrialization will be considered an added advantage.
Strong Technical and analytical skill.
Excellent Communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant CAD / pattern software.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

Job Description / Responsibility:
Assist in managing the product development process from the concept phase to post-launch analysis phase.
Prepare knife patterns and make necessary correction to ensure accuracy and fit.
Analyze material consumption and suggest effective optimization measures.
Manage Sample Approval and requirement processes in line with customer specifications.
Monitor factory trial runs and production start-ups to ensure product integrity and smooth bulk transition.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing feedback from production teams and customers.
Perform any other tasks and duties assigned relevant to the product development function.
