  • The applicants should have 10-15 (Ten-Fifteen) years working experience in the Footwear industry.

  • Should be pleasant personality and should be smart and well groomed

  • Having good knowledge in modern production operation methodology.

  • Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills

  • Capable to take cost effective strategic decision in favor of the company.

  • Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.

  • Good analytical ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal are must.

We are hiring for the following position (s): Sr. Manager / AGM - Production

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Ensure total production planning & production controlling system in company for all present & future production lines.

  • Ensure that proper planning, organizing and follow up of shipments are made in the most efficient manner by managing the total HR & Administrative functional activities meeting all compliance issues.

  • Set up and ensure a sustainable programs & activities focusing on cost-reduction.

  • Reducing Man to Machine Ratio by developing skill and efficiency thus enhancing total productivity.

  • Establish regular training programs at all levels to increase skill and efficiency.

  • Ensure all compliance issues are met.

  • Ensuring the company’s steady profit subject to proper work planning and ensuring optimal use of man & machine.

  • Responsible for prepare & submit necessary reports required by the management.

  • Any other tasks and duties that may be assigned relevant to JOB SUMMARY.
