• Bachelor/Honors

• Diploma in Food Technology is preferred.

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in meat processing or food packaging QC.

• Candidates with strong practical experience may be considered even if they do not fully meet the educational qualification requirements.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

• Sound knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.

• Basic understanding of quality control procedures in meat processing.

• Ability to work in a cold storage or meat processing environment.

• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspection.

• Ability to maintain proper documentation and records.

• Honest, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.

• Willingness to work in shifts if required.

• Conduct quality inspections of beef before and after the packaging process.

• Ensure accurate weight measurement, proper sealing, and correct labeling of each package.

• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the packaging process.

• Identify defects or irregularities and report them to the supervisor promptly.

• Prepare and maintain daily QC reports and relevant documentation.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
