Responsibilities & Context:
Take full responsibility for revenue, growth, and overall performance of the apartment business.
Lead multiple residential projects simultaneously from planning to final handover.
Ensure alignment between sales commitments and actual project delivery timelines.
Oversee project execution, construction progress, and milestone tracking.
Maintain strict control over project budgets, cost efficiency, and margin protection.
Ensure quality standards are maintained across all projects.
Coordinate construction, sales, finance, procurement, and customer service teams for integrated execution.
Minimize delays, disputes, cost overruns, and rework through structured systems.
Develop and implement SOP-driven operational processes for predictable execution.
Monitor contractor performance, vendor discipline, and procurement efficiency.
Drive customer experience excellence from booking to final handover.
Build and strengthen second-line leadership across project and functional teams.
Establish KPI-based performance tracking and accountability systems.
Identify operational risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Deliver projects on time while ensuring sustainable profitability and business growth.
