• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology
• Master of Science (MSc) in Food Science & Technology
• Diploma in Engineering in Food Science & Technology

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Beverage, Ice Cream, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Mineral Water

• Age 25 to 46 years

• Ensure overall plant cleaning and hygiene conditions in compliance with GMP guidelines.

• Ensure personal hygiene practices are maintained according to the company’s hygiene policy.

• Conduct and monitor IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) activities including process, filling, and packing stages.

• Ensure proper CIP, SIP, water flushing, and foam cleaning of beverage mixing and filling units as per the defined schedule.

• Monitor delivery of finished goods and take corrective actions when necessary.

• Monitor and ensure timely replacement of plant filters according to defined frequencies.

• Analyze market complaint products, identify root causes, and implement corrective action plans (CAPA).

• Ensure product quality parameters meet required specifications.

• Monitor and ensure water quality parameters as per defined testing frequency.

• Prepare required solutions and reagents when necessary.

• Monitor market return products and take appropriate corrective actions.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by senior management as and when required.
